Shipping and processing times

All items ship from my cozy little studio in Rochester, New York, USA.

As a small single-human business, I can’t compete with the shipping prices of large companies. But please know I’m trying to keep costs as low as possible and super appreciate your support.

Because of this, some smaller items will be shipped as regular envelopes with no tracking info. Bigger (and more expensive) items will be shipped in various containers with tracking info. I ship with the United States Postal Service, which can be sluggish at times, but is trying its best.

When your order has shipped, I’ll send you an email. From the day I ship your order, it typically takes 1 week for items to arrive domestically and 2 - 3 weeks internationally, but it may take up to 8 weeks.

If your order does not arrive after 8 weeks, please email me (jackie@underpantsandoverbites.com) and I can give you a refund (minus the cost of shipping), or I can try to send you a new free set of items (if you pay for the new shipping cost).

I try to ship all orders on Wednesdays, but sometimes my brain needs a little extra time. Just know I’m doing my best.

Note: When ordering, please triple check the name and address on the order! I’ve had packages go missing because they were one house number off. 

International Orders

Although rare, orders may be subject to import tax determined by the destination country. I’m not responsible for customs clearance and service fees.

I ship all over the world, but unfortunately, due to several lost packages (and possible censorship of the word “underpants”), I am no longer offering any shipping to the United Arab Emirates :(

Please note, some countries do take longer than others. I once sent a package to Kenya that took 9 months! (but that was exceptional)

Return Policy

I... don’t typically do returns or exchanges, but if you’re deeply unsatisfied, I’ll do my best to make it right. Just email me and we can do a case by case basis.

Product Info

I sell 3 sizes of prints:

• Small - 5”x7” (13cm x 18cm)

• Medium - 8.5”x11” (22cm x 28cm)

• Large - 13”x19” (33cm x 48cm)

All prints are printed in my studio on archival quality paper using archival ink.

Small and Medium prints are packaged in clear plastic sleeves and shipped in recyclable, rigid envelopes. Large prints are packaged in plastic sleeves and rolled in recyclable rigid cardboard tubes. Books and other items are shipped in various new and scavenged envelopes or boxes. Depending on your order, some items might ship separately, but I’ll be sure to note it in the package.

I don’t include a receipt in any of my packages, so if your order is a gift, rest easy, they’ll never know how many bing bongs you paid. But! The return address on the shipping label says Underpants and Overbites with my P.O. Box address. Although they won't know what the package is, they'll know it's from me... unless you ship it to a super sneaky top secret location where they can't check the mail ;)
